Ordering online
How does ordering online work?
Find tires by vehicle, size or brand, add them to your cart, and pick an install time. You can pay at the shop when you come in, or pay online if it's offered at checkout. We hold your tires until your install.
Is installation included in the tire price?
No. Tire prices are per tire, before HST. Installation and balancing are priced for your vehicle and paid at the shop.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. Use the link in your confirmation email, or your account, up to an hour before your install if you're paying at the shop. If you paid online, call us at (905) 813-7272.
My size isn't listed. Can you still get it?
Most likely. We can order most sizes. Get a quote and we'll email you options with prices, usually the same day.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout works. An account lets you see your orders, appointments and quotes in one place, save your vehicles and check out faster.
Visits and booking
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are always welcome. Booking an hour just means the bay is ready when you arrive. We take one booking per hour.
How long does a visit take?
It depends on the job. Customers often mention being done in 15 to 25 minutes for repairs and walk-ins.
Where are you, and where do I park?
Inside Meadowvale Town Centre, 6707 Winston Churchill Blvd, Mississauga, ON L5N 3W2. Parking in the plaza is free.
Will you remind me before my appointment?
Yes, if you leave your email or tick the text reminder box. We send a reminder the day before.
Tires
Do you sell new or used tires?
Both. Most of what we do is new tires, for all makes and models. We sometimes have good used tires in common sizes, so call to ask what's in stock.
How do I find my tire size?
It's printed on the side of your tire, like 225/65R17, and on a sticker inside the driver's door. Our tire guides explain what each number means.
All-season, winter or all-weather?
All-season tires are for spring to fall. Winter tires are made for cold, snow and ice. All-weather tires are rated for winter driving and stay on all year. Take the two-question quiz on the Tires page if you're not sure.
Can I bring my own tires?
Yes. We'll mount and balance tires you bought elsewhere. Get a quote or book an hour.
Services
Can every flat tire be fixed?
No. We'll check where the damage is and tell you straight. Some damage, like a hole in the sidewall, can't be safely fixed.
What's the difference between a plug and a patch?
A plug seals a puncture from the outside. A patch is applied from the inside for a longer-lasting repair.
When should I put my winter tires on?
Winter tires are made for temperatures below about 7°C. Book your swap early, before the first snow, when everyone needs it at once.
Your account and emails
How do I sign in?
Enter your email on the My account page and we'll send you a sign-in link. There's no password to remember.
Will you send me marketing emails?
Only if you sign up and tick the box. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
